USERNAME: firstname.lastname
PASSWORD: 6-digit date of birth - MMDDYY

Helpful hints:

Your login name is your first name 'dot' last name, or john.doe
This is the first and last name you registered with.

If you have a surname, such as jr., try your login name as john.doejr
If you have a hyphen in your name, try your login name as john.doesmith
If you have any other characters in your name, do NOT use them in your login.

Your password is your 6 digit date of birth - MMDDYY
So for a birthdate of 01/23/1989, your password is 012389
