Memphis, TN – September 29, 2007 - Crichton College's
Men's Soccer took on the Cumberland Bulldogs today at home. Both teams played tough defensively with Darren Cole scoring the first goal for Crichton on an assist from Gavin Smith. Later in the first half, Gavin Smith would score again for Crichton. Cumberland came back in the second half and score 2 goals to tie the game. The game ended in a 2-2 tie since neither team was able to score in double overtime.
Bradley Greer had 4 saves in the game and the goalkeeper for Cumberland had 3. Both teams were given 3 yellow card each.
The Comets are back in action, Sunday, September 30, at 4:00 pm when they take on Spring Hill College in Jackson, MS.
