Crichton Ranked #2 Nationally in Preseason Poll

The Victory Sports Network, an independently owned website that promotes NAIA Sports, has ranked the Crichton Comets #2 nationally in their NAIA Division I Men’s Basketball Top 25 Preseason poll.

The Comets, in only their second season of competition in the NAIA, captured the TranSouth Conference Regular Season and Tournament Championships. Crichton then advanced to Kansas City, MO for the NAIA National Tournament with an impressive run to the Elite 8. Coach Jeff Walker returns seven (7) of his top nine (9) players, and five (5) out of the top six (6) leading scorers off last year’s 29-7 squad.
