Memphis, TN – December 8, 2007 - The Crichton Comets continued their winning streak today against Harris Stowe University. The Comets lead the entire first half by as much as 18 points shooting 41% from the field and 44% from behind the arc and making 10 of 13 free throws. The score at the half was 50-46.

In the second half Harris Stowe came out and shot 59% from the field. At the 16:06 mark the Hornets had cut the lead to 8, but were not able to gain control of the game. The Comets continued to play hard, and at the buzzer the final score was 94-85.

The Comets had 6 players in double figures with Sylvania Watkins getting a double double, 14 points and 11 rebounds. Jonathan Bohanna scored 16 points and 2 rebounds, Stanley Brownlee had 15 points and 5 rebounds, Demario Chaffin and Michael Sapp had 11 points each, and Zarko Brankovic scored 10 points. Derek Boykin had 9 points and 9 assists for the game.
