Blue Mountain, MS – December 6, 2007- Crichton College's Men's basketball team took to the road tonight to take on the Blue Mountain College Toppers. The Comets led the entire first half outscoring the Toppers by 23 points. At the end of the half the score was 60-37 Comets.

The Toppers came out in the second half and shot 55% from behind the arc and were 11-20 for shooting. The Comets held on to secure a 19 point victory. Their second conference win of the season and fourth time this season scoring over 100 points in a game. The final score at the buzzer was 116-97.

Michael Sapp led seven Comets in double figures with 22 points making 10 of 11 from the field. Sylvania Watkins had 19 points and 9 rebounds, Derrick Boykin scored 13 points, Stanley Brownlee and Demario Chaffin each scored 12 points, Jonathan Bohanna scored 10 points, and Zarko Brankovic scored 11 points.

Final Score: Crichton 116 - Blue Mountain 97
