7, 2007 – Coach Brandon Rowen signed Northwest Mississippi Community College transfer, Chris Garrett, today. Garrett, a Holly Springs, MS native, played his high school ball at Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, TN. While at NWCC, he was named to the 2005 All-Region team. Chris will be a valuable asset to the Comet pitching staff in the 2008 season.
