Coach Wilkes comes to Crichton after spending four years playing softball for the Lady Blue Raiders of Middle Tennessee State University. An '06 Graduate from MTSU Wilkes finished out her career with 73 total starts at multiple positions. During her senior season at Middle, Wilkes was named to the War Eagle Classic All-Tournament team, recorded a .226 batting average and Ranked third on the team with six stolen bases.

Prior to MTSU Wilkes, a Memphis native, played softball four years for St. Benedict at Auburndale High School. During her career she was named All-Metro four years, Best of Preps four years, All-Region four years, and was a Best Defensive award winner. In addition to softball, Wilkes also ran cross-country four years where she served as Co-Captain and earned All-Region three years, Best of Preps three years and was the Lady Eagle award winner.

Wilkes' playing experience at multiple positions on the Division I level make her a valuable addition to the Lady Comets first ever coaching staff.

Coach Veto comes to Crichton after graduating in 2005 from Oklahoma City University, NAIA Powerhouse, where she played outfield for 3 years after leaving the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, Division I, where she played multiple positions, her first year out of high school.

She graduated in 2001 from 6A, Yukon High School in Yukon, Oklahoma, where she was an All-American 3rd baseman and a starter for the All-State Team of Oklahoma. In addition to softball she was a sprinter on the track team.

She was also on a summer team, the OKC Stealth and Jitterbugs, where their ranking of 7th at ASA Nationals and 3rd at AFA Nationals showed they were a National powerhouse.

Coach Veto is also an Assistant Children's Director at Fellowship Bible Memphis.
