Henderson TN – September 16, 2005 – One game after
registering the first win in school history, the Lady
Comets write the record books again with their first
ever winning streak. After giving up the first goal of
the game in the 17th minute Crichton scores
two unanswered to win their second game in a row.
Tiffany Genovese tallied her third goal of the season in
the 50th minute while Megan Sample’s first
career goal proved to be the game winner in the 82nd
minute. Crichton out-shot the lady lions 21-9 with a 7-2
shots on goal margin. The Lady Comets improve to 2-1-1
with a 2-0 record in the TranSouth Conference.

Crichton continues conference play Wednesday the 21st
at Martin Methodist College. Martin is unbeaten on the
season and will play host to their first conference
opponent in the Lady Comets.
