October 6, 2007 - The Lady Comets took on the Lady Lions of Freed-Hardeman University today at home. The Lady Lions defeated the Lady Comets by a score of 0-3. The Lady Lions scored 1 goal 11 and a half minuts into the first half and the other 2 goals at the 48 and 50 minute marks in the 2nd half.

Leah Langley and Ashlynne Pettigrew each had chances to score but were unable to convert. Sarah Harrison had 8 saves in the game and 3 goals allowed.

Comets will be back in action on Wednesday, October 10 at 2:00pm when they take on Union University at home in conference play.
