Memphis, TN – September 29, 2007 - The Lady Comets took on the Lady Bulldogs of Cumberland University at home today. The Lady Bulldogs lead at the half with a score of 0-3. Five minutes into the second half, the Lady Bulldogs would score again. Ginny Galloway answered scoring a goal at the 65:00 minute mark, but the Lady Bulldogs proved to be to much for the Lady Comets and would go on to win the game with a score of 1-5.

Sarah Harrison had a total of 9 saves and Ginny Galloway and Ashlynne Pettigrew lead the team in shots and shots on goal.

The Lady Comets will be back in action on Sunday, September 30 at 2:00pm when they will take on Spring Hill College in Jackson, MS.
