As with any educational institution, outside funding is always critical for the move towards excellence. It is because of the generous support of the Southeast Foundation that the Department of Performing Arts has been able to thrive in 2007 and move with vigor into 2007/08. There are not enough words of gratitude or honor that we could give to the Southeast Foundation for believing in what we do in the DPA. Their generosity has provided the funds for sets, costumes, props, furniture, choir music, uniforms, and so many other things. Their financial support also helps to establish our move into community connections through an upcoming partnership: Act One Partnership.
