Accreditation
Crichton College is accredited to award Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
President
Larry B. Lloyd, D.Min., began his term as the ninth president of Crichton College in May of 2004. He earned his B.S. in biology at Rhodes College in Memphis and earned his Masters and Doctorate degrees at Fuller Seminary. A native Memphian, Dr. Lloyd was instrumental in creating the Memphis Leadership Foundation as well as the Hope Christian Community Foundation.
Campus
Located at 255 North Highland in the very center of Memphis. Known as the Highpoint area, the surrounding community is a mature residential area that borders on major thoroughfares with easy access to shopping, restaurants and more.

History
Founded in 1941 and named for a former professor and president, Dr. James B. Crichton. It is the only four-year interdenominational Christian liberal arts college in Memphis.
