| To provide academic programs that combine excellence in higher education with an evangelical Christian faith. |

| To project a positive public image in the external community and to maintain the institutional character of Crichton as an accredited, independent, conservative, Christian liberal arts college, primarily serving the metropolitan statistical area of Memphis and the Mid-South Region. |

| RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION GOAL | |
| To recruit and retain qualified students, faculty and staff. |

| FACILITIES GOAL | |
| To provide campus facilities that meet the current needs of our students, academic programs and to accommodate the college's operational and growth projections. |

| FINANCIAL GOAL | |
| To operate all programs of the college with a balanced annual budget which is based on sound educational planning and fiscal management. |

| DEVELOPMENT GOAL | |
| To gain friendships, support, and funding within the community to broaden and strengthen the academic programs of the college. |
